Vouch is a UK proptech startup that have created a streamlined digital tenant application process for real-estate agencies in the UK. In collaboration with a team of designers and front-end developers I designed and implemented the architecture that drives the platform's automated communication with tenants, landlords and estate agents. The automation platform is also used in conjunction with a web front-end to keep staff notified at all times with regards to the progress of each tenant application. A side bar gives staff an idea of what the automated agent has been up to.
